“I bought this pack for a forthcoming Marathon and have, at time of review, used in x3 16-18 mile runs. Overall fit is very comfortable and fully adjustable (for reference I'm a male, with circa 40 inch chest, 102cm). No chafing from shoulder straps. Sits well on back and light-weight. Very even spread of load. Feels very cool on back but have only thus far run in cold weather. With regards to main compartment, with full 2L bladder, I've packed, spare T-Shirt, hat, gloves, phone and keys with plenty of room to spare. I suspect pack could easily accommodate an additional light-weight running jacket too but have not tested this. Not yet used the stowable mesh storage yet. The zipped and stash pockets on the should straps were one of the key appeals. Have used for supplementary isotonic drinks and food. Access is very straightforward without having to stop. Zips are very easy to use. Only negative for me was, after one run, the bladder picked up stains from fabric. I suspect potential leaching arising from sweat. This is a minor gripe. The bladder itself works well and stores very neatly in separate internal pocket in main compartment. I haven't come close to drinking full 2L capacity. Overall, very comfortable, good technical features and more than enough storage capacity. For what it's worth, looks good too. Very competitive in terms of price; the technical features you get with this pack are equal or better than more expensive alternatives. Very please with this purchase”
