“There were a few little problems with the handrail. I phoned up, got thru quickly, very friendly, a new handrail was delivered and the old one picked up at 9:15 the next day. The handrail is excellent, especially as I had a new hip operation about a week later. I don't know why I didn't install a handrail 30 years, even if you don't need it, anyone can trip.”
