“Speedy response when asked if they could cut my handrail to size, which they did perfectly. Arrived in a few days, excellent service. Wood had split a little when it arrived but turned it round so you can't see it. Would recommend.”

“Very nice product overall, though the first one arrived warped with loads of defects, and the replacement has a slight bow at the end with a slight split. Couldn’t be bothered returning another one so have repaired it and fitted it. Happy but not over the moon.”
