“I am using this for horse bedding, it seems to be a bit waxier than previous pellets used and takes slightly longer to absorb water but otherwise okay.”

“Pellets are ok but customer service is poor & SDL do not reply to emails. Delivery was damaged. pellets all over delivery lorry floor having damaged 4 bags of pellets whilst loading pallet onto delivery lorry by a fork lift truck driver who obviously had no idea what he was doing. SDL were notified by email immediately but couldbn't be bothered to reply. Pellets ok nut customer service non existant.”

SDL Solutions prides itself on our customer service and following on from receiving this my sales representative has contacted you and has delivered some replacement bags. “Good quality pellets for our boiler (and also used by us for our horses) Previous suppliers' pellets started getting ground to dust by the auger in our pellet hopper (obviously some cheap pine or something) and were dusty and a lighter colour. It all stopped when we started using these from SDL These pellets are a lot better quality and are fine for the horses too :) Decent delivery timeframe, and good customer service. Will now be our regular suppliers! Just hope they dont run out during the winter months ;(”

“The pellets are good the only thing I dont like is the colour of them. They are very dark in colour. I use them as horse bedding and I like the bed to look wkite or as light as possible. I will not be buying these again just for that reason. Sorry!!”
