“Sisal Rugs can be bought nearly everywhere. That said, the speed and professionalism with which our new rug was ordered and dispatched was superb. The item was as described, so exactly what was needed in the dining room. As for the customer service...well, it was unsurpassed. We were notified of the orders progress every step of the way. And, of course, the price was the best bit! When moving home you want something of good quality at an affordable price. We bought a second (different ) rug a from RugStoreNE a few days later with complete confidence that we'd get something great (which we did). Thank you, RugStoreNE.”
