This solar controlled external awning blind helps to reflect sun rays before they reach the glass. By doing this it protects against heat building up on those warmer days therefore providing relief from unwanted heat.
It automatically operates using an intelligent system which controls the awning blind. The photovoltaic panel works as a sensor which reacts to solar radiation for example, in bright sunlight the awning blind unrolls automatically and rolls up during cloudy weather.
Powered by solar batteries the control of the blind is automatic or it can be managed with a remote control which is supplied with this blind. With it being a solar awning blind it is powered with a 12VDC battery pack which is built into the blinds case. Please note the batteries are recharged by the solar panel.
In case of emergency, the awning blind can be controlled by a service button located on the blind itself.
