“I purchased 4 window handles. These were sent out in a large bag with no individual packaging. When the handles arrived 3 of them were damaged due to knocking off each other in transit. The person doing the postage was too lazy to wrap each handle to protect it during the post journey. Also didn't care. Very disappointed that the company would allow this to happen. Poor customer service. Providing the product is one thing, getting it to the customer in perfect condition is another.”

Thank you for letting us know about the issue you had with your order & thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I would like sincerely apologise for the handles not being wrapped & consequently arriving damaged.
The last thing we want is our customers to view us as careless & therefore, since this review, we raised the issue with our warehouse staff who are now bubble wrapping the handles so they cannot knock into each other.
