The LWL Lux loft ladder is equipped with an additional handrail in the middle folding section and a special gas - assisted spring mechanism.
The special hatch construction has enabled the need for a lock to be eliminated. With its additional handrail, the levels of comfort and ease of use increase.
The gas assisted spring makes folding and unfolding far easier.
The ladder comes complete with stile ends, a white hatch, a peripheral seal, a handrail and non-slip treads with additional depth.
Technical specification: A permissible load of 160kg with a heat transmission co-efficient U-Value = 1.1 W/m2k and a insulation thickness of 3cm. Hatch thickness of 3.6cm and passed to Standard EN14975.
