“I love my new Crein bracelet. I have not seen a better design and the locking system is easy to use. The service has been excellent always a concern when buying online but I can't fault the customer service. One word of warning do measure your wrist and ensure you have the correct size. I ordered the 22cm but it was too big and I had to return it and get the 20cm this fits far better for me. The exchange was again handled very well but if I'd taken more care it would have saved time. My second bracelet arrived with a slight issue with the safety lock on the catch which kept coming undone. However my local jeweler fixed this in 30 seconds for no charge so it wasn't a major issue really. Overall it's a great business model and unique designs.”
