“Good crema but prsonally I would rank them below Espresso blend and the Carbon - Santra Barbara Signature Espresso. However we normally, 95%, drink espresso so that may be the reason.”

“I usually buy Arabica beans only, so this was a first with me to have a mixture of Arabica and Robusta beans. I was very pleasant surprised as the combination makes makes for a smooth coffee with no bitter taste, regardless of how I grind my beans for my AeroPress. It is also a full bodied coffee that is easy to drink on its own. The crema is excellent although that gets lost in the AeroPress method.”
