“Ordered one shade first to check the quality I was very happy with the quality and the quick delivery. Excellent service. I was so pleased that I ordered another shade. The package arrived damaged which was the couriers fault. I contacted the customer service team and Chris who took my call could not have been any more helpful. I explained what had happened sent out another shade it arrived within a day or two. Chris kept me up to date and emailed to see if I had received my lamp shade and if everything was OK. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WELL DONE”
