Thanks for your feedback, so pleased we were able to help and hopefully your dog is keeping warm now. We appreciate your feedback on the delivery costs. We send all of our products, including dog coats, with a courier to ensure quick and efficient delivery for our customers, rather than relying on the Royal Mail. We also prefer to be totally transparent on our costs, separating the product cost and the delivery charge and offer free delivery on all orders over £50. “Although the length is fine for my collie/springer cross, it is too big around the belly so I've had to add some velcro on to the crossover pieces to make it fit. This means the back end is not as snug as I would have liked as it flares out.”
