“Product that arrived differed from one pictured. I was refused a return on the basis that “images do look different” however the picture was of a light wood seat and I received a dark wood seat. Returns process was clunky, cost £20 and I received a lot of incorrect slots before it was rectified. The item was collected on Wednesday last week and I am still awaiting a refund. It was my first time shopping with this retailer and most likely my last. It’s a shame as I ended up buying very similar items from a different retailer based on the levels of service they offered. Good will goes a long way with customers.”
