“First of all I would advise using this company full stop. These stools arrived in a colour far brighter than advertised. We were unable to build them for to poor assembly brackets being bent unevenly. Lastly the screw threads are visible on the top of the seat and they look awful and cheap. We’ve spent a week so far emailing the company about this chasing a refund and return but they are very slow to do anything and a week later the 3 large boxes are STILL sat blocking our hallway. I would avoid looking elsewhere for products because their customer service and support is 1/10 at best. Very dissatisfied overall with the product and the company service.”
