“The first mirror I ordered was snapped at the base of one of the gold mounts. The replacement mirror I ordered was also damaged with missing/peeling protective felt layer underneath the marble base. I was disappointed with the mirror which is also a lot more of a 'yellow' gold than I first thought and there is also a gap around the glass with the frame. I sent it back but OB were helpful in dealing with this.”
