“This is a great looking watch. It's stylish and modern. The first impression out of the box was very nice. I'm not going to repeat other customer's raves. There are 3 things I think this watch missed the mark after I had the watch for almost 3 months. 1. The glass is way too reflective. It made the already dark dial look like a mirror. I see my face in the watch instead of the watch hands. The dark blue second and minute hands on the black dial is very hard to see. Most of the modern watches now use none reflective sapphire glass. Objest should've done that. 2. The blue leather band blue dye rubs off on my skin. It literally leaves blue band on my wrist after I take the watch off. This is the first watch I own that watch band would leave color marks on my wrist. Blue dye quality is subpar. 3. The copper coating on the back is soft. I'm very careful with all my watches. By laying down the watch on my desk for a few times, I already noticed the rubbing mark at the center of the slightly convex back. The matte copper coating starts to have a polished spot in the middle. The matte finish is gone. If the coating is hard enough, it should not leave a mark. None of my stainless steel backed watches have that strange polish mark.”

Hi Shaun, Thank you for the review, your feedback is highly valued. The glass is sapphire, we will look at AR coating specifications in future productions. We haven't received other feedback regarding the leather straps but we will have a conversation with our manufacturers, along with checking a few of our watches we have in stock. The copper coating should be resilient, however it will get a natural patina over time. Based on your feedback we will also check the coating thickness with our production partners. “Classy watch, I normally wear it for special occasions. I liked being able to choose the colours, and the blue is particularly striking. Lots of small, clever detailing. A high-quality timepiece”
