“Sadly I am still waiting for an answer on this after e-mail then phone call about two weeks ago. Quality is good but sizing of dress makes it virtually impossible to get on without damage to dress or doll. Hat also extremely tight where it should pull on to head. I do not know if anyone else has found this too or if I am the unlucky one. I am sad to have to give a poor review but can only be honest about my experience. The lack of response from the company has been a big let down.”
