“I am your long-time customer and most of the dolls production by Götz-puppenmanufaktur bought in My doll best friend. However, I will not be able to give a positive feedback about the limited edition doll Mariah. I got a doll with deep scratches on her face. This is a yellow spot on the eye.The face of doll I have received were packed in plastic wrap - so one who packed the goods saw defects … I remember it is playing dolls but this doll was purchased as a gift and I preferred to have such obvious flaws was derived from the game rather than a new doll. Unfortunately, I have to admit that there is no quality control not only in the factory, but also in store, if you allow the sale of low-quality goods.”

Dear Ekaterina, Thank you for making contact to tell us about the problem. We can assure you that it isn't through any lack of care on our part that you have a doll with what you refer to as defects from the production process. Only in bright light and out of the box can such a very faint detail such as this be seen. In fact we could not see anything in the photos. So, we apologise that your doll has these marks you see, but in our warehouse when we are looking for usual considerations we did not see something so hard to find. She has a full face of paint on top and is pretty, and that is the sort of thing that we look for. We wrote to you and offered you a free return and a full refund - but you have not wanted to send the doll back, so maybe the marks are not that noticeable. We do value your custom and are sorry for your unhappy experience on this occasion. However, we refute your implication that we are not telling the truth. Our warehouse is careful with the goods that leave, taking a look at the faces. So clearly this was missed. Regards Customer Service Team
