“Bought my granddaughter this doll for Christmas as it looks very similar to her, it’s great quality and loves brushing her hair. Kit was a big hit and she loves her, she likes to brush her hair and dress her up to takeon outings with her.”

“I recently ordered two Gotz Happy Kidz dolls (Katie and Kitty) from My Doll Best Friend. They are both lovely dolls, but unfortunately, Kitty has a couple of flaws that have resulted in me requesting a refund/exchange. Specifically, her left leg is significantly shorter than her right leg (at least 3/8"), which makes posing her for photos I take for my business awkward and difficult. Her stringing is also a bit off on her right side, which in turn causes her arm and leg on that side to be a bit floppy. I do want to underscore that I think the problem is specific to my Kitty, and not the rest of her limited edition or other Gotz Happy Kidz dolls. (My Katie doll is perfect, and you couldn't pay me to return her!) I've included a side-by-side photo of both dolls for comparison. Katie is on the left; Kitty is on the right. The Customer Service at MDBF has been supportive and responsive about my problems with Kitty, and I'm confident that the issues will be handled so that there's a satisfactory outcome.”

“16 августа заказала Китти, в течении трех недель посылка нигде не отслеживалась и не регистрировалась, потом появилась на почте Германии. 18 сентября кукла наконец то добралась домой, где сразу вызвала восторг, а при тщательном осмотре сильное разочарование. Кукла принадлежит к категории лимитированных, стоимость совсем не маленькая, а вот качество совершенно не соответствует заявленной цене. Брак в тазобедренном суставе левой ножки (при отливке дырка), брак в коленном суставе правой ножки, из-за чего нижняя часть ножки не входит в верхнюю часть. Из одежды- платье не вызывает нареканий, а вот колготы, они доходят кукле до половины бедра и все время из за этого спадают. Жаль,очень жаль, что нет качества”

All customers are advised that shipping to Russia can take 4 weeks, at checkout, before purchase. We regularly kept in touch with you until your parcel arrived; provided answers to queries and tracking information by email. Kitty is a Gotz Happy Kidz doll, offered at a fair price for a limited edition of just 250 Kitty dolls worldwide. It is quite unusual for us to be forewarned that we would receive a negative review before the parcel arrived, but this is what happened. On average from all reviews including yours, Kitty has 4.78 stars. We feel privileged to work with Gotz and offer such a beautiful, exclusive Gotz doll to our customers.
