“The included instructions on use are minimal, and neither clear or precise. The instructions conflict directly with the supporting diagrams making it impossible to determine the correct operation of the device. A little more in the way of explanation would be beneficial, but all I see is another example of style over substance, whereby actually writing a clear set of instructions would probably spoil the design aesthetic of the booklet they were contained in.
As for the device, it is quite impressive at receiving muscle aches. Start gently and build up to the required time needed per muscle group. 4 stars for the MuscleGun Carbon, 2 stars for the written instructions, making it a 3 star product overall.”
