“Extremely poor service, unreliable and argumentative with extremely poor customer service etiquette, bought two hampers to try Mubarak London out
Hamper 1 - I got written email double confirmation for delivery by 24th of Dec in time for Xmas, on the 26th I receive an email informing me it will be delivered on the 29th. When I escalated to the customer service they started long winded arguments and blamed the courier with no form of compensation aside from an offer to cancel the order and refund my money.
Hamper 2 - Initial destination Switzerland, after Mubarak London informed us they will have to alter the contents in order to send to Switzerland, we provided them with an alternate UK address so as to prevent any alterations, they ignored our request, made the alterations and sent it to Switzerland anyway.
I even gave them clear written chance, letting them know, the way they handle the situation will determine whether or not I use their service again, but this was ignored.
Will not be using their service again, will stick to hampers from Harrods and their professional non argumentative staff and customer service.”

The cut-off date for last Christmas orders was the 20th December which was stated on our website. Initially, you selected Saturday delivery but as this was Christmas day our courier would not have been able to make the delivery. As you ordered on the 22nd December it would have been very unlikely for your delivery to come in time for Christmas (standard delivery is between 3-5 working days) but we still tried our best to get it delivered by the 24th but DPD had reached their full capacity and we had to prioritise orders which were made on or before the 20th December.
