“To be honest I haven’t put in a review because I am still waiting for an effect. I’ve been taking the Reishi capsules for 2 weeks but haven’t noticed a difference in my skin yet. Not sure how long before I see a difference ‍♀️”

Hi Susan, I'm so disappointed to learn our product hasn't met your expectations - I am curious about what skin benefits you were expecting and would love to chat about it. I know that Reishi can have marvellous benefits for the skin when applied directly to it in a cream or balm, but as a supplement I would recommend for immune support mainly. I will call you to chat and perhaps there is something more suitable we offer :) Roxanne

“I have been using these for less than 1 month so not sure what to expect exactly at this stage if anything. I began taking them as part of my overall self care routine after having a period of feeling run down and lethergic. I can say I've been coping well with a very busy period, sleeping well and generally feeling brighter. The capsules themselves are quite small and easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I'm happy to continue purchasing from this company.”
