“I have been giving this product to my partner for a few months now to help with her anxiety issues and although I don’t claim that it has cured her myself and others have noticed an improvement over the time that she has been taking it.”

“I have been taking this product for 10 days now. This has really helped with my anxiety and I do feel calmer and not overthinking as much. I also clench my jaw and grind my teeth when I sleep, I have not been doing this for a good few days and I am waking up with no pain in my jaw or mouth. The difference in how I feel is very subtle. I will continue with this product as it works for me.”

“Brilliant product. It has worked wonders for me and I wouldn't want to be without it! I have a history of anxiety and depression and I was finding restlessness in the evenings really difficult to live with. I am so much more relaxed now, mood and sleep have also benefitted. My friends and family have noticed the difference and I feel like my old/best self again. It's not cheap but worth every penny. The customer service is fantastic too.”

HI Eleanor, so great to learn you have had these great results. The 20% is the dearest of the oils, but at 10mg per drop it is also the most cost effective, so definitely the best choice for longer term use. Don't forget your LOYALTY10 code for future purchases!

“I suffer from anxiety and had a lot of hope for this. I'd say it has the calming effects of about the equivalent of a quarter of a glass of wine, without the negative effects of alcohol of course. I would recommend it if money is no object for you, but I wouldn't get it again myself. Was expecting more significant results.”

“I started with Mindful Extract’s 10% CBD oil and was very pleased with the results I got from it. I am in perimenopause and my moods were very up and down, with my emotions ranging from anger to anxiety and at times very emotional. The CBD oil has helped me with this so much that this time I purchased the 20% oil and I have halved the dose to two drops twice a day instead. This has given me the same benefits but is more economical financially. I tried two other brands before settling on Mindful Extracts and now I won’t use anything else. The results speak for themselves. I also like the taste, the packaging, the super quick delivery, the fact that they’re a small local business and their excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone.”
