“Brilliant machine with the ability to customize every type of drink, only issue I find is notification to empty the drip tray is its too full and not easy to take to the sink without spilling some of the water from the front part of the drip tray.”

“We have had our Melitta bean to cup coffee machine for 3 months now and love it. Perfect temperature and frothy creamy milk on lattes and cappuccino, the only down side is the constant rinsing and cleaning but it's worth it for coffee shop quality drinks at home.”

“Great variety of coffees available and love that you can tailor each one to suit your mood/time of day. Compared to our previous machine (different manufacturer) the Caffeo CI is clearly a superior model. Easy to use and amazing coffee! Absolutely love it -best decision made :-)”

“Brilliant I am actually in love with it So easy to make any type of coffee - literally one touch and it's done. Such a huge upgrade from our last machine. Self cleaning feature is great, only (very minor) downfall is the drip tray fills up pretty quickly. This is actually only due to the self clean feature so I can totally deal with emptying a tray every now and then knowing my lovely machine has cleaned itself! Not sure how I ever woke up in the morning without this”

“The machine itself is excellent and highly recommended. Just two issues to report: - The buttons don’t always respond well - a firm press is necessary or the machine does nothing. - The drip tray fills up very quickly. Even though we keep a jug under the spout, the drip tray needs emptying every few cups. This rather spoils what is supposed to be an automated coffee making experience.”

“Bad - machine is quite big & fairly noisy (especially if your partner is on a work call) Good - looks great. Makes great coffee without any mess. Lots of customisable drink features but still easy to use. Cup warmer. Can support 2 types of beans plus ground coffee. Easy to clean.”
