“When I ordered the PSV First Aid box, it was advertised as the orange and blue Reliance PSV box, when I recieved the order however, it was the green box shown above. The kits will fullfil the task we purchased them for; however we now need to find a new space for them as the green boxes are rather a lot thicker than the orange reliance ones and feel cheaper too. i feel rather cheeted as what we ordered and what we recieved are two different products. This is not the first time this has happened.”
I'm very sorry to hear that the first aid boxes that arrived were different to the one you had seen on our website. Unfortunately this order overlapped with the website update.
