The bike is great, I cannot fault it.. The only thing that might stop you from buying is the poor communication throughout the order process that you will see in a lot of reviews. You are doing yourself an injustice and probably loosing custom as a result! This is such a shame as the

I had to leave five voicemails and send three emails in order to get an update on my order, when I'd been assured that it was nearly on its way six weeks prior. Waiting is not a problem, but no communication at all is. When my bike finally arrived, it was left on the street outside my building. The box had been dropped there from the van, luckily seen by the porters who went to pick it up. The bike could have easily been stolen, I live in Central London. Having been dropped, I have chips on the frame of the bike and one of the wheels. One of the pedals does not fit into the crank, meaning I have to replace the crank at my own expense and effort. You didn't even send me the mudguard I ordered, it's missing. The packaging didn't have ANY instructions inside, no paperwork, nothing, to help me build my bike. There were also no tools, unlike you state will be the case. The video you use to show how to build your bike is useless. It doesn't show any helpful information, it's style over substance. The Customer Service number on your website doesn't even work, it's dead, obliging me to call your Sales number instead, where nobody ever answers anyway. You haven't even had the courtesy to reply to the furious message I left the day of delivery (on the Sales number), asking if I was missing a box (given the lack of tools and instructions), as there were no instructions.

Waited 10 weeks for the bike, and the customer service was terrible could barely get hold of anyone. When the bike finally arrived I was super happy and loved it! Unfortunately it was stolen shortly thereafter, please contact me if you see it. Isabella.osterlund@hotmail.com

I have had a terrible experience with Mango. First the custom moosher I ordered was not in stock in the end so they changed it. Fine. But then I was told it had been shipped - six weeks later - and it has still not arrived. This was a week ago. I now can't get hold of anyone at Mango at all. Very bad customer service.

Great bike, good and easy to get off. Would love even lower step through frame but it's ok as it is now. Not heavy at all, nice color combination (I customised it!). I really like the bike, it's fast in my opinion. Easy to ride, matches my personality.

My bike arrived when promised and looks fantastic. I have been really excited and the customer service PRE sale was fantastic. Unfortunately, the wheel on my bike arrived damaged and as a result every time I cycled popped my inner tube. The Mango team have ignored my emails and not offered any support beyond claiming the faulty wheel wasn't to blame and promising to send out new inner tubes which they haven't. I had to take and pay for my new bike to be fixed at a bike shop which the Mango Team haven't responded to my several emails asking for the service to be reimbursed. I'm left feeling very concerned and anxious about my purchase and unfortunately can't recommend anyone purchases a bike from here!
