“Quick, quality repair of my phone after I dropped it, shattering the back plate and dislodging the power connection so it would not turn on. Lovefone had it turned back on in about a minute and worked through a few niggles with the microphone before replacing the back plate. Total it took about 10 minutes and cost £15 - will be return customer, though hopefully will never need to!”
