“Bought as a christmas present, but they came in a little plastic bag. Gave them to my partner early and she though i was joking with the standard of this make up saying she wouldnt even give them to my 3 year old niece, anyways she gave them ago because she felt bad and it dried her lips out for 3 days and started cracking within 5 minutes off wearing them, avoid by somewhere else is my advise”

“I did not like the formula it was very drying and peeled off my lips. Had nice colours however it incinerated the cracks on my lips and was not very pigmented”

“Ordered this on the 13th had notification it was shipped on the 14th ,its been 8 days now i have still not received this product .i paid for tracked delivery and guess what ?it still can’t be tracked can i please know where my item is or can i please get my refund immediately”
