“Lords and Labradors contacted me by email when it was back in stock so I could quickly order it. I also contacted them to ask if they could prioritise the despatch as I was expected our puppy in a a few days time and they were happy to help. The crate is as I expected - well made, and although checked for sharp bits I was happy it was fine. Only problem initially was opening the door fastenings, but they are now much easier to use.”

“Crate arrived quickly and well packaged. Have gone for the extra large for my Labrador puppy to grow into. Lovely silver colour and looks solid nice and solid. Very happy.”

“Cage strong well designed and to stated specification. Finished "quality of workmanship" was disappointing. I spent 1-2hours de-burring welds and removing sharp edges from rod ends where they had been guillotined.”

“Excellent item - very secure, pets feel safe and in familiar surroundings, if the crate is introduced slowly & sympathetically. A perfect place for puppies when they have become "over-tired" - they soon settle down when put into their crate. It would be better if there was a bigger choice of sizes of crate. This crate is the correct size ("XL") for our dog, but is slightly too wide to fit through a doorway when fully assembled.”
