“I didn’t like the lemon drizzle ones but both the chocolate and caramel cake bars were delicious. I’ve got gestational diabetes and they kept my blood blood sugar levels within the allowed range. I was so pleased, so ordered more.”

“Beautifully soft cakes and full of flavour. I am type 2 diabetic and these cake bars have not caused me any sugar spikes. Yummy and no spikes. Perfection.”
