“As a celiac and unable to eat the one on the high street this is the perfect way to get the same southern fried chicken product. I make it at home and feed the family with it, they never realise it is a low dough product and think they are eating the one from the high street”

“Where do I start with southern style coating. I use it instead of bread crumbs on all sorts of dishes. Over fries, on fish, on chicken. I add it to recipes to give more flavour.”
