Hi Alison, thank you for your feedback, hope you're well! I'm so sorry that your order arrived in this condition the couriers must have been heavy-handed with it. If we'd had any more in stock then of course we would have replaced this for you but as this was the last one the best option was to offer a discount for you to repair and keep this one which you graciously accepted.
