“I applied the repellent according to the instructions but it has not worked . The foxes ignore it and one was seen actually lying on the area treated. I am now in dispute with Little Fields Farm as they claim they are not responsible it is down to the manufacturer, however, as the retailer they are responsible under the Sales of Goods Act. I am awaiting a refund before escalating the matter.”

Hi William, As discussed we need the expertise of the manufacturer to inform you and us as to what has gone wrong in this instance. We are just a distributor of this product so we are not in a position to advise why this has not worked. Once we have heard back from the manufacturer we will be able to pursue a refund if appropriate. “Foxes used to leave their business in our terrace but after 3 treatments they stopped. Good value for multipack compared to any other company.”

“No problem with Little Fields Farm, that picked up the product and it was received on time, but the product just didn’t work. I had two sachets, I tried a 9l dose and when that didn’t work, a much stronger one. Very disappointed.”
