“I bought these for Phoebe my pony - Welsh, Arabian, Gypsy Cob mix - as she has round shaped hooves and was a little sensitive to stones despite having very good hooves. She got used to them within minutes and then wore them in the field for a period to check they didn't rub her heels. All good, so rode her out on the roads in them and they are fine. I was a bit worried they might have come loose when I rode her down a hill as they made a funny clacking noise but when she was on the level again they were quieter again so it must have been the angle they were at. So far I'm very happy with them because Phoebe seems to be. I'm not sure what the 'FOC brush' is as there was nothing else arrived with them, but I'm pleased with the hoof boots, and other than the misleading 'FOC brush' the service was fairly good - not particularly quick but as it's a small business I made allowances.”

“I didn't receive the FOC brush but the boots themselves seem very good. It is essential to be very very careful with measuring the soles of the hooves, as per instructions, before buying, and to make sure the boots are the correct style for the shape of the hoof. I measured several times! The boots fit very well with no movement or rubbing so far, and they are quite easy to put on. My pony seems very happy with them. So far I would definitely buy again.”
