“This poultry drinker is, I'm afraid, very poor because it hardly delivers any water to the hens. When filled full of water when inverted from the bottom of the drinker, and then placed upright, it only delivers about 1/4 to 1/2 inches. Can you suggest a remedy ? Michael”

Hi Michael, Thank you for your email, hope you’re well! I’m sorry to hear that your drinker is not performing as it should. We always advise contacting the Customer Service team directly with any issues. Would you be able to send me any photos or videos demonstrating the problem please? If you can pay special attention to the holes in the base of the main cylinder (inside the trough) this would be really helpful. Then we can forward this issue to our supplier who will be able to identify whether this is faulty so that we can proceed to organise a replacement or issue a refund. If it is faulty and they need it back we will send you a free returns label to send this back to us. If it is faulty and they don’t need it back we will ask you to dispose of the drinker at your convenience.
