I contacted Lifeline 24 last Friday after Mum was on the floor for over seventy minutes before she could contact me. I called you guys at lunchtime, paid for it, ordered an additional pendant for the bathroom. Next day installed it, tested it thoroughly with both pendants, including the end of the garden.
Everything was filled in on line and tested within 27 hours maximum. Mum is really happy with it and feels more secure knowing she can contact us or Emergency Services.”

The alarms we use are designed as 'plug and play' systems. Meaning that they simply need to be plugged into the phone line and a power source, the same way as an ordinary telephone.
