“I've tried a few BCAA supplements from other nutritional companies, but I found LEAN Nutrition BCAA the most effective. I use it as a post-workout supplement, along with protein and creatine. I'm able to recover fast and I honestly think that these BCAAs are the main reason for my success. PS: It's cheap!”
