“I ordered two Vezalux 40W T12 Fluorescent tubes. They arrived quickly and were well-packed in a strong cardboard tube. There was no branding or make on the tubes and they may or may not be Vezalux; they certainly look different from the ones shown on the website. One of the tubes was satisfactory and is in use now, giving a clean white light in the kitchen. The other tube has a sub-standard coating on the inside so there are a load of dark spots showing on the tube when it is illuminated. Effectively this means that it is un-usable and will never be used. So it worked out at one usable tube for £22.84, not good value in my view.”

“Order was placed and expected quick delivery which it was however my name on the addressed label not my stuff inside the box , I received 10 boxes of 4pin square type bulbs . Ive called 3 times and emailed with supporting pictures etc no response received probably won’t use again in the future”
