“The fluorescent simply does not work correctly. I have complained & LampShopOnline do not want to know. It is every problem except theirs”

Good afternoon Mr Ensor, I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the item ordered. I can see you were advised that the issue may have been with the fitting, as well as the lamp, however a replacement was offered? We have send a 2nd email and have tried to call you.
