“Just assembled one of these for my neighbour who is in her eighties. Nice chair but I'd agree with a previous reviewer that the 2 bolts to attach the forward section of the base to the seat are too short. I managed to get contact but only by a few threads. Suspect I'll need to tighten them up a bit more in a few weeks time as things bed in. The 2 bolts in question need to be about 6mm longer to be safe. Just bad design really for the price.”

“2nd purchase of these chairs: one of the originals broke due to the metal connection between base and seat being too thin. Seats are comfy and good value though so re-ordered and found design now updated with thicker metal - although connecting bolts are now too short so had to be replaced too! Good, but not great!”
