“Absolutey awful. Flimsy cases / plastic used on these. Locks no good as 2 have broken on the 2 larger cases. I have used IT cases for over 7 years and never had issues. Needed new ones due to old ones wheels not available as the rubber has gone on them. So ordered new ones and they are awful. I have been emailing Customer services and complaints and getting fobbed off. These were reported as faulty within 2 weeks of purchse as they arrived 2 days befofe I left. I am getting no where except they want to send me replacement locks to fit and replace one case when under the sale of goods act of 1979 I am entitled to a refund for faulty goods. I have held off writing this til now as was hoping for an out come but 4 weeks down the line, numerous emails and being asked for a call no one has called just getting foobed off from a multi-million pound company whos customer services seems not to care.”

“Strong sturdy case's, just arrived on our holiday case intact but unfortunately the lock on both case's used had broken. Will be in contact with the company on our return from holiday”

“Heavy cases which you need to seriously factor in when flying. Large case wasn’t by any means full but got charged for over luggage allowance. My fault, However I’ve never used hard shell luggage before. The cabin bag handle kept slipping down so a bit awkward to use along side other luggage.”
