“The photos on website show different colours, a few photos show dull colour and one shows it shiny. The suitcase is actually made of shiny fabric which is better than shown in the photos. This suitcase is expandable, one major reason for buying it but I am disappointed that it does expand evenly, it expands from the bottom only which hasn't been shown in the website photos. The expansion is similar to that shown in photos of precursor cabin bag, and it looks ugly. The trolley mechanism for pulling out the handle bar was very rough and jerky. It was very difficult to push the handle back in and required some effort with both hands. A new suitcase shouldn't have this problem. Raising a warranty claim straight away didn't seem the right option. I ordered a second similar suitcase rightaway and its trolley mechanism is smoother, not the best but fair value for money. I will now return the suitcase with jerky mechanism.”
