“We used TruePrime® Whole Genome Amplification (WGA) Kit to amplify genome DNA of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. We started with 2.5ul of DNA (0.2ng/ul) and obtained, after purification, 40 ul of DNA (13ng/ul). Therefore, we had a 1000-fold increase in the total amount of DNA. It is a very useful tool to recover DNA when you have a small amount.”
