“I bought four LED collar tags and they don't work. I was called by the company to send them back for a refund. They said they must "be a bad batch." I explained I don't have a printer (to print a return label) so I need to go to the royal mail website and arrange a collection. That means I need to be home and wait for a collection. I work for the NHS and my husband isn't a home worker so waiting in just won't work. I'm not going to leave it therefore.”
