It is effective when shoots are green & starting. It is the best thing to use. But there may be some waiting to grow which can't be killed and others can spread from adjacent land or be carried by the wind. Obviously these can't be killed until they start to grow.”
“I have used Rosate before and been very pleased with results. Essential to dilute to the correct strength to have effect. Use during weed growing season, avoid use when rain in 48 hours, watch out for spray drift, avoid spraying in windy conditions, AND BE PATIENT! I have always seen good results after two to three weeks.”
