“Mercedes Benz am GLS63 in gloss black ordered, order confirmation confirmed this. only found out by checking my shipping email that a matte black one was being shipped! When querying this mistake, I was told gloss edition was out of stock and that someone had taken it upon themselves to send the matte edition instead without checking it was ok- this was not ok! Had to refuse delivery. Customer service afterwards was good but the inconvenience of having to wait for the refund delayed me purchasing the actual model I wanted from another supplier.”

“Not happy at all Car has came very nice but damaged Trying to work with your selves to sort out or exchange for Christmas but you are offering to send me the parts to fix my self in spring next year Not happy at all with only a week to go till Christmas”
