“I have built the car yo find that its not working. I have tried everything you have listed in an email and still nothing. I have been trying to phone and have left messages but just keep getting the answer machine. This has got me very stressed and upset as this is a christmas present for my little boy. I am now worried this isnt going to be sorted in time for christmas and my little boy will be waking up on christmas very dissapointed.”

“I received an audi which was faulty and at first was really angry and wrote a bad review. However I did contact fun4kids (dragon toys). And they arranged to collect the car almost immediately with no charge. The car was collected 2 days ago and now my refund is being prosessed! really impressed how quick the case was resolved! Also if the car wasn't faulty it would be perfect as it looked amazing.”
