“I ordered this car for my son. First I was told the colour I wanted is. Not available- no problem - got a different colour. Then pink one arrived just before Easter. Telephoned company no answer about anytime. Checked reviews - some complaint(s) regarding calls not answered. Emailed- Garry responds and apologised- now second colour not available- order 3rd colour. Took two weeks to come After chasing. Now car only works for 3-5 seconds before cutting out and starting again. This is both manual and remote mode. Complained as yet no full response to either my issue or why they don’t answer calls. Not service I expect from a company who obviously pay good money to google to get their name on top searches. If don’t get resolved might have to go to Google, Amazon and other companies to protest and demand refund under amazon pay.”
