“The flooring arrived as stated on the delivery. It was just what we wanted and at a very good price. Unfortunately it has a rip in it, I didn’t want to send it back as I needed the room finished, luckily my fitter managed to lose it under a piece of furniture. Not the fault of the suppliers but maybe got ripped in transit.”
