“Fantastic product, made better by amazing customer service. We ordered fibreboard but had a call from the team to let us know it wasn't suitable for the lino we had purchased, and were given advice to get the job just right. Received a refund immediately for the Incorrect product and really appreciated the help. Items delivered quickly and safely. Will definitely use Factory Direct Flooring for future purchases.”
